our clients' offices with offsite staff through secure dedicated high-speed
communication lines. To ensure maximum security for clients, we follow

security -- limiting the possibility for any vulnerability through
the consistent and strict monitoring of infrastructure devices for
security, bandwidth availability, and latency. We maintain the strictest
procedures and employ industry standard policies to protect clients'
data. We have full confidentiality and privacy protection policies
in place.
Business Continuity
Management
ICONMA’s robust business continuity strategy ensures
that our engagements advance our clients’ goals with minimal
disruptions. A comprehensive Business Continuity Plan is in place
tailor-made for each client, based on risk assessment and mitigation
strategies, ensuring that connectivity, resources, and infrastructure
are available and continuity is maintained in case of disasters, power
outages, and other business disruptions.
A critical component of the plan is ICONMA’s
proven ability to leverage our Seamless Global Delivery Model by distributing
work across multiple locations. This strategy reduces the dependency
on a specific geography, mitigating much of the vulnerability associated
with a concentration of resources and supporting infrastructure.
In addition, we ensure business continuity via the following safeguards:
power supply back up; RAID; daily data backups with rotation of backup
tapes across various locations; networking equipment backup; connectivity
to the client network through IPLC (International Private Lease Circuit),
VPN (Virtual Private Network) and common network infrastructure and interconnectivity between ICONMA’s
India locations and our US hub, facilitating same-city and alternate-city recovery in case of disaster. |
