I am also celebrating my 20th year anniversary working for ICONMA. My tenure speaks volumes regarding how very blessed I am to call ICONMA my home for building my career in the staffing industry. The ICONMA team of professionals that I have grown with during both the good times and bad, are all to be applauded for their hard work, dedication, focus and single goal in mind: to continue working together to establish ICONMA as a recognized strategic professional staffing provider in a highly competitive environment. There is no challenge I have found, and can testify to, that the ICONMA team is not ready to tackle. From our Managing Member–Owner Claudine George who I have learned so very much from and greatly respect not only as an incredible business leader but just as importantly (or if not more) one of the most genuine and kindest individuals one could ever meet and work for. I look forward to tackling more challenging times together – The ICONMA Team truly will find great success in days ahead guaranteed!

I have enjoyed every year working for ICONMA and have yes, experienced both great excitement and challenging frustration during my travel across all ~50 states. From being greeted by a bear at the baggage claim to great temptation found by the most bacon I have ever laid eyes on; possible career change? Um…Flying to the moon or off to another galaxy far-far away at times does sound intriguing. Sheldon, however (my Tortoise), always grounds me and he has been a great mascot and team member assisting with the opening of new client doors as well. Who said rapport build only comes from humans! With excitement I got to hold an Armadillo at TX NMSDC for the first time…Boy did he stink!! To the joy I always find in visiting our Seattle team and, yes Winning an auction- Go Wings!!! I look forward to continuing working with the very best group of people and true friends that I have had the pleasure of working with for 20 years.”
