Description :

Design, test and implement automotive power distribution systems

Provide technical information for supplier reviews

Oversee projects related to electrical wiring

Verify design, development, and release of wiring system is integrated within the vehicle architecture and resolve any integration issues

Manage quality and project costs

Support physical and virtual prototype building activities

Participate in benchmarking to analyze cost /benefit and innovations

Conduct Wire Harness assessments and peer reviews

Provide remediation support during production and assembly process

Determine system requirements

Release parts and subsystems for production.

Interact with other engineering departments, consultants and customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical , Computer Science, or Physics)

2 years of experience in Power Signal or Wire harness packaging.

Understanding of engineering theory and principles of operation of mechanical / electrical mechanisms

Highly analytical – able to resolve unusual or complex issues

Adaptable and equally effective working independently and with others
