Celebrating 10 Years at ICONMA
Time flies; I still cannot believe it has been a decade. The last 10 years have been amazing, and we traveled some distance. From a young man in his early 30’s to a mature person in his 40’s now, I have learned a lot in the last 10 years with my journey at ICONMA. From a small office and a team of 15 people in Noida, we’ve grown to 225+ and still counting. On this journey, I made several friends and found some great mentors and peers.
I’ve had the opportunity to work with a great team and witness several milestones. We added several clients and kept on adding more and more contractors to support our clients. Today when I have completed a decade with ICONMA and would like to thank the entire management team Claudine George, Sat Yalaman, Dak Kuchi, and Murali Krishna for believing in me and always being there to support me.
I would like to thank Amber, Jessica, and Kim for being great peers always and extending their unconditional support. I would like to thank my entire team here at Noida for all the hard work they put in and strive for more success. I would also like to show my gratitude to Aishwarya Pandey for being a great friend and peer over these 10 years at Noida and guiding me in my early days here. Last but not least, a big thank you to Prafulla. He was the first person from ICONMA who connected with me and brought this opportunity before me.
We have traveled a distance, achieved several milestones, and maintained consistent growth throughout the year, but this is just the beginning. The next 10 years, I plan to increase the pace, grow more exponentially, and write new success stories.
