ICONMA’s Business Development Managers (BDM) have been one of the most critical parts of our growth and success over the last 21 years. They’re spread out across the US and help ICONMA make connections with new clients by showcasing the ways we can provide staff augmentation, IT solutions, and more. Our Business Development Managers also build and maintain relationships with our current clients.
In the pre-covid world, they often attended meetings and conferences to network and bring awareness about the ICONMA difference.
Below, two of our BDMs, Brigitte Neumayr, and Anurag Ranjan share their experiences in their roles.
“I joined ICONMA in October 2016 and it’s been an incredible journey! Starting out as an entry-level IT Recruiter and transitioning into Business Development was an exciting challenge and one that truly is a fit for me,” Brigitte said.
“I have a broad focus on clientele and markets. I work closely with clients to provide solutions that are unique for their business needs immediately and long term. Working and residing in Michigan has allowed me to organically develop new business in the Midwest, but I work with clients on a national scale and those in Canada too!”
“Pre-Covid-19, I would be traveling and meeting with clients and attending conferences to build ICONMA’s presence and new relationships. Since COVID started, I have had a change in my traditional day however it’s been one of my best years yet! I can’t wait to see what transpires in 2021 and moving forward with Team ICONMA!”

What I love about my job
“I love working with my clients to help provide them with a unique solution that is molded just for them! I especially love (and miss) meeting with clients in person and understanding more about the layers in their business and how our services are going to improve their organization.
“As I’ve developed in my career, my clients come to me often a consultant. I listen to the challenges they are facing and how ICONMA’s team and help resolve these issues.”
“I often refer to ICONMA as “Team ICONMA” because we are just that, a team. Each person has an integral part in providing a client with a solution. When we work together we can accomplish anything. I value how supportive and collaborative we are as a group and that thoughts and opinions are heard.”
“I started off my career as a Business Consultant where I had the opportunity to work with several companies in a span of 2 years. I joined ICONMA in
2018 after moving to Texas,” Anurag said.
“My current portfolio consists of the IT, Healthcare, Retail, Professional Services, and Financial industries mostly in the Texas and
surrounding states. My focus is not just limited to Texas, but also the entire country.” “Some of my hobbies playing basketball, been playing since high school. I love going on
hiking trips with my dog Marley. My wife and I love traveling and checking out new places”
“To be successful in this job, you have to be extremely organized with your time. I always end my days knowing exactly how my next day will start and progress. Of course, that’s not always the case, but I make sure my high priority items are clearly stated for the day. My days are generally divided into 3 areas:”
