Career background
Neha Khullar’s career with ICONMA has spanned two countries and continents. Joining ICONMA in 2013, she started in our Noida, India office as a Human Resources Executive. As she grew in her role, she became a Human Resources Team Lead.
“My profile in India entailed the whole gamut of HR activities comprised of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Team Management, Campus Hiring, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Strategic HR,” Neha said.
When Neha decided to relocate to the United States, she was able to keep her career with ICONMA.
“After I moved to the United States, I was given the opportunity to work as a Corporate Recruiter, and that’s when I started doing global recruitment,” Neha said. “I was able to continue working with the amazing team and was able to retain my role. The fact that I did not have to look for another opportunity after moving to another part of the world is incredible,” she continued. “Trust me, the process of looking for a job in another country where you do not know anyone can be a quite overwhelming process which thankfully, I did not have to go through. I cannot stress enough how incredible ICONMA is.”

Her day-to-day activities include sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, GitHub, Stack overflow, etc. She speaks with
candidates and provides information about ICONMA openings, and submits candidates for consideration. From there, she coordinates interview schedules with shortlisted candidates. Neha
also assists with onboarding candidates once they are hired. She makes time to mentor and train other team members and read up on the latest trends in technology and recruiting.
Best things about working for ICONMA
When it comes to the things she loves most about her job, Neha had quite a few things to share. The first on her list was working with her manager, Amber Gudowski.
“I cannot stress enough how fortunate I am to be working with her. The way she understands and goes out of her way to be with her team is just beyond words. I can never pen down how much I love working with her. She understands the challenges I face in covering difficult roles, helping me in sourcing candidates, always motivating and encouraging and rewarding you in the best way possible are just a few things I am mentioning here”.
Neha also said the endless opportunities to enhance her skills and company culture were also things she loves about her job.
“I cannot stress enough on the fact that my employer does mean and lives by:We invest in our biggest asset – Our People!”
