Claudine George began her career as an IT consultant to the automotive industry. In 1999, while still working as a contractor, she founded her first company; Computer Systems Group, matching engineering and IT consultants with clients on the west coast.
In 2000, she used that experience to start ICONMA, a Troy, Michigan-based consulting firm that provides professional staffing services globally. As a result of Claudine’s motivational leadership and team-building acumen, ICONMA’s current client list includes a broad range of Fortune 500/1000 clients.
Claudine has expanded ICONMA into more service areas, including a successful IT Solutions Division, and Healthcare Services Division. Claudine believes the reason for their extraordinary growth comes down to their ability to acquire and retain best in class talent.
Ms. George saw a need that wasn’t being met in the Healthcare Industry and put an amazing team together to fill the gap with healthcare professionals. The Healthcare Division is the latest ICONMA venture and comes at a time when healthcare organizations often struggle to find the staff they need.
Claudine oversees the activities of the overall business and is active in the community promoting ICONMA’s diversity initiatives. Claudine serves on the board for the Great Lakes Women’s Business Council and encourages relationships with local and minority owned businesses.
Claudine is an experienced and highly visible entrepreneur who developed a clear vision of her company’s future.
Under her leadership, ICONMA has been named to the Inc. 5000 for six consecutive years. The company has been recognized as one of the 50 Fastest–Growing Women–Owned/Led Companies in North America, as well as a Corp! magazine economic bright spot. Claudine was named an Ernst & Young LLP Entrepreneur of the Year in the staffing and support services category.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
Sat is a hardworking and results producing Entrepreneur with over 22 years of experience in successfully building and managing several businesses from the ground up in the Staffing Services, IT Solutions, and Healthcare industries.
Dak Kuchi has Bachelors in Engineering and joined ICONMA in 2001. He has 20 years of professional staffing experience, specializing in Recruiting in both national and international markets. He is responsible for overseeing all recruiting operations and serves as an escalation point of contact for Recruiting Operations Delivery Managers, Training Managers, Recruiting Managers, and Recruiters. Responsibilities include hiring decisions, recruiting team management, problem resolution, and performance reviews. In addition, he is involved in managing Staffing Support Operations as well as providing support to miscellaneous operations.
Kimberly Mexico oversees the overall business of ICONMA and is the executive in charge of HR, Contracts and Compliance ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, Accounting and Finance, and Back Office Support teams. She also handles the day-to-day operations of our Corporate Headquarters. Kim Mexico has been with ICONMA since 2002 and has over 20 years of professional experience.
Murali Krishna has over 15 years of Staffing Services experience specializing in Human Resources/Recruiting/Support in both national and international markets. He assists in overseeing the Recruitment Operations of ICONMA including training, policies and procedures, and overall performance of recruiters and recruiting operations delivery managers, recruiting managers as well as handling the day-to-day operations of our New Jersey branch office. Murali joined ICONMA staff in 2005 and has worked to continuously to improve recruiting operations delivery and relationship management.
Amber Gudowski has over 13 years of Staffing Services experience specializing in Business Development, Account Management, and Recruitment Operations at a national level. She assists in leading the Business Development, Marketing, and Corporate Recruitment teams, and oversees the overall business strategies across these divisions. Amber joined ICONMA in 2011 and has worked closely with the Executive Management Team to improve our processes and national footprint.
