Newsweek recently featured ICONMA as one of the “greatest workplaces for women in 2024.” The article gives ICONMA 4.5 out of 5 stars for taking steps to address workplace inequities.
According to the article, “Research released last year showed the persistence of America’s gender-based wage gap. The Department of Labor found that women working full-time made 83.7 percent of what men made, amounting to a difference of approximately $10,000 per year. That percentage has remained nearly unchanged over the past ten years, with the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics finding in 2013 that women were making about 82.1 percent of their male counterparts’ earnings.”
