As the healthcare industry continues its rapid growth, organizations all over the country often struggle to fill open positions. ICONMA medical professionals go through a rigorous vetting process during the screening phase that includes reference checks, license/certification verifications, as well as other credentialing steps to ensure each is committed and qualified for the position.
