I just wanted to reach out to you and thank you very much for everything you have done for me while I was being contracted to work at the client. It's not a common thing to receive quality customer service these days. Normally when I deal with people, it's normally a negative experience. The customer service I received with you and your staff is second to none. ICONMA made everything easy and painless. There were a couple of times I feel like you have gone above and beyond the normal call of duty. Like I said, this is very unlike me to be this thankful, but I feel it's necessary. XYZ, there was a time where you didn't see my time reported. Not only did you email me, but you called my cell phone as well to ensure I was getting paid properly. It was my first paycheck with ICONMA, so there were a couple of days that weren't in that time frame to be paid. But you noticed it, and everything went smooth. There were a couple of times I forgot to submit my time sheet, and each instance, someone was there to call or email to make sure I submitted on time. You have an employee named WXY and I forget the other person, but they both contacted me because they didn't see my time reported for my last paycheck with your company and made sure that I had my last paycheck. WXY was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only are you guys great at what you do, but you're very nice and friendly. Honestly, I can't say enough about how pleased I am with ICONMA. I really don't see how the service can be any better. So thank you for your hard work because it does get noticed, and I am so grateful that ICONMA has you guys on the job. If there is any way I can let some of your managers know how well you do, please forward me the information. I am now full time at the client, so you have made my transition from Washington DC to California very stress free.
