“I use ICONMA as my primary technical resource provider for several reasons. The number one reason is that for the past several years other agencies haven’t consistently provided us with properly screened candidates like ICONMA. We generally hire only senior technical professionals. It became obvious several years ago that ICONMA has extremely good technical recruiters and this hasn’t diminished at any time over the years I’ve been using them. If I’m using a technical recruiting service to find qualified candidates I don’t want to be doing the screening. Other agencies haven’t consistently provided us with candidates as properly screened as ICONMA has. The second reason is they’re very quick with delivering resumes. I haven’t had a situation where I supply a hiring need and I go for days or weeks without hearing something--not always the case with other agencies. They can’t always find the right candidate, but they are up front about it and don’t string me along. The third reason is responsiveness; the technical recruiters are almost always there when I call or they get back to me immediately.”
