ICONMA’s Virginia Offices
Virginia is a state full of history and culture. It’s the site of many important events in American history, being the first place English settlers landed.
Glen Allen, right outside of Richmond, is home to one of ICONMA’s two Virginia offices. The office is made of account managers, recruiters and other professionals who have a passion for providing our clients with excellent service.
Glen Allen’s location gives it access to the art, food, museums, and other attractions of Richmond with the comforts of a smaller town. Glen Allen also has its own Cultural Arts Center that hosts events and opportunities of all kinds.

Ashburn, near Washington, D.C., is where we have our second Virginia office. Here we have technical support staff and others who play key roles at ICONMA.

Cyndi Waller has been a Delivery Operations Lead at ICONMA since 2012. In 2017 she was promoted to Account Manager/Delivery Lead. In her role, she focuses on working closely with clients, recruiters and other teams. “I provide detailed feedback to everyone involved to ensure we are covering the requisitions sent to us,” Cyndi said. “I love everything about my job at ICONMA, from the clients I work with and my coworkers to the actual work that I do. I’d recommend ICONMA as a great place to work.”

Claudine George, CEO
Claudine George began her career as an IT consultant to the automotive industry. In 1999, while still working as a contractor, she founded her first company; Computer Systems Group, matching engineering and IT consultants with clients on the west coast.
In 2000, she used that experience to start ICONMA, a Troy, Michigan-based consulting firm that provides IT & Professional Staffing Services globally.
Claudine was recently recognized as the recipient of the Great Lakes Women’s Business Council Legacy Award, and previously named an Ernst & Young LLP Entrepreneur of the Year in the staffing and support services category.
